We went to see Santa

After pictures on Sunday we went to visit Santa Claus at the mall. Here is what the girls asked for from Santa this year.

Julia-Ipod and Phone (no way she's getting a phone at the age of 6)
Riley-Butterscotch (that stinkin horse that cost $250) She's asked for the thing for the last 2 or 3 years.
Morgan-Choo Choo Train (Camden was going to ask Santa for one so she thought she should too.

Painting the shed

So Greg finished making the shed probably 9 months ago. I've had no motivation to finish painting the thing. So I tried to paint a little more today and had some help.

Stupid Theives

We really really have started to dislike our neighborhood. I know its a good neighborhood except for a few certain houses. Now I don't know who stole my stereo but we have our suspicions. Over the last few months there have been many things happen to our house, but unfortunately the way the market is we can't sell it and move. Here is a list of things in the last 4 months.
1. Someone has gone through Greg's Truck and My car multiple times and haven't taken anything. (that's cuz we don't leave anything in there)
2. Someone was in our house snooping around. Greg came home and scared them they ran out the back door.
3.Our friends were coming over and when they were driving by they let go of the skateboard and it rolled under Scott's car and he ran over it accidentally. Then the kids came over to ask for 80-100 dollars to replace the skateboard that they dropped. We settled for 30 because we don't want anyone to mess with the boat (which 30 gallons of gas has been syphoned out of it)
4. Our most expensive window was shot at with a beebee gun. Went through the first pane and now all the insulated gas stuff has excaped making it not as insulated anymore. Sad.
5. And now my car Stereo that was only six months old was taken from my car. I got the stereo for mothers day. It was one of my favorite gifts because I could plug my Ipod into it. And since I drive at least two hours a day most days, it really comes in handy. Now we have to sing to each other. On top of that Christians car was gone through too. They took a power converter out of his car. And then gregs truck was gone through too. They took his keys. All the builders keys and some highlighters, but left the computer and DVD player.

Okay, thanks for letting me vent. This happened yesterday and I'm still pretty mad.Ugh.

Our Thanksgiving

Okay, don't have pictures yet of Thanksgiving, but it was a good one. We started off our day by stopping by Shane and Mandi's house to give back the coolers (we ordered 200 lbs of meat through them, now our freezer is full!) Then our next stop was Marti and Larrys (Gregs Dad and his wife)Marti's dad Scott was in town too and I really like him. We bothered them for awhile, it was nice to catch up since we don't see them very often.
Then we made a short pitstop at my parents, kinda to bother mom while she was cooking but mainly because Greg and I were sooooo Hungry we weren't able to wait for another hour.
Then off to Greg's parents house. It was really nice to see everyone there too. We ate a wonderful meal and then played a few Thanksgiving games. Us kids dominated!!
Finally our last stop of the day was my parents house. We had Grandma and Grandpa come from KS and Nanny and Gramps were in town too. Both Kerry and Michelle and family came so the whole AZ group was here. The kids are older now so they all play really well and have such a great time together. We stayed late and played Catchphrase and Golf (a card game). I lost really bad, but it didn't matter too much because it was nice spend time with the family(AWWWW).

Update

Well, we had to cancel Riley's family bday party...sad. The whole week before we had been to the doctor several times with different kids. Pink eye, colds and ear aches. Actually Greg and I have had earaches for the past 2 weeks and they just won't pop. Well, back to the bday story. Riley wanted a pink eyeball cake for her party. So I went to paradise bakery to get her an eyeball cookie. The night before the party Riley came down with pink eye, she had a cold, Julia was getting over pink eye and had a cold, and me and greg were both sick so we decided to just cancel the party. Okay back to the eyeball cookie, she wanted pink eyeball cookie and she got more than that, she got pink eye too!! Thought that was funny and weird.

This last week

Okay since I talked about Morgan now I'll talk about the other two.

It was Riley's turn to bring home the class pet from preschool. Her name was Cheenga she's a cheeta. She went everywhere with us. She is a stuffed animal, those are my favorite kind of pets!!! Here are some pictures of her and Cheenga.

Julia was in the Vets parade again. Unfortunatley we were told to sit on the wrong side so I couldn't get any good pictures of her. She did great. Makenna and Kerry were also in the parade they did great too. After the parade we went to Mimi's Cafe. MMMMM that place is good.

Pink Eye

Unfortunately Morgan has pink eye IN BOTH EYES. No idea how she got it but its pretty gross. This is the second morning she has woke up with both eyes glued shut. She does so well. No crying at all. Right now she is sleeping in the toy room until her room is done (it almost is) so she is on the other side of the house so I can't hear her very well. But both days she has woke up her sisters and they have walked her carefully into our room to let me know she can't open her eyes. She is great with the eye drops and everything. I have the girls Lysoling everything so no one else gets it. YUCK!

Halloween Stuff

The girls had a great Halloween. Now that their older they have caught on to it and run from house to house (little Morgs tried too, just a little bit slower). Julia was a Devil, Riley Ariel (well more of a mermaid) and Morgan was a Pumkin (she wanted to be a pumpkin from the very begining and wouldn't accept anything else as a costume.) She also wanted Baby to be a pumpkin so Jenny went out and bought a pumpkin dog costume that fit her well.

The weekend before halloween we went to the Matlocks and did pumpkins dinner and a neighborhood party. Its fun, the girls went last year and had a great time. I didn't get pictures from that but aleast I have costume pictures.

Okay We'll give it a try

Since everyone is starting a blog for keeping everyone updated I thought I would join too. Its also because I don't write so it will help me remember the little things the girls do later down the road. I'm a terrible writer so don't make too much fun of my posts.
